Pingor petitions for Bar reinstatement
Pursuant to Rule 3-7.10, Brian Robert Pingor has petitioned the Supreme Court for Bar reinstatement.
Pingor was suspended from practice of law for 91 Days effective April 27, 2026, for violation of the following Rules Regulating The Florida Bar: Rule 3-7.2 (c) (Procedures on Criminal or Professional Misconduct – Notice of Institution of Felony Criminal Charges); Rule 3-7.2 (e) (Procedures on Criminal or Professional Misconduct – Notice of Self-Reporting by Members of Determination or Judgment of Guilt of All Criminal Charges); and Rule 4-8.4 (b) (Misconduct – Commit a criminal act that reflects adversely on the lawyer’s honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness as a lawyer in other respects).
